Chime pro Gen 2 network question

If I’m using a chime pro gen2 only for a doorbell and not connecting any devices to it, is the chime pro still putting out a wifi signal?

I’m trying to narrow down some wifi interference and need the correct answer to this question. Thank you!

Hi @Jesse1. Yes, the Chime Pro is still putting out a wifi signal even if it’s not connected to your Doorbell. However, the Chime Pro’s network is configured so only Ring Doorbells and Cameras can see it. This means the signal shouldn’t cause interference with the other wifi-enabled devices in your home.
