Chime pro connected to internet but no access to wifi

So after a lot of head scratching resolved -
Change broadband router WPA settings from WPA3T to WPA2
Issue fixed
I have received a new router it got an update to WPA3T and disconnected the Chime Pro (2nd gen) as it only supports WPA2
Hopes this will help anyone
