Chime pro (2nd gen) not working

We had a power cut last week and the Ring doorbell itself came back online straight away

However the chime unit will not connect to the WiFi or power on.
Sometimes when I plug it in the blue light flashes but other times it doesn’t do anything and I can’t make the green light flash to reconnect at all.
I’ve tried everything I can think of and I’ve even deleted it and tried to set up as a new device.

But nothing

Is it dead

Try out a rest on the Chime by holding the setup button for 20 seconds. Next, reconnect your Chime in the Ring app by following the steps in our Help Center article. If possible, attempt this process on another mobile device entirely to rule out many variables. I hope this helps! :slight_smile:
