Chime pro (2nd gen) not working

HiWe had a power cut last week and the Ring doorbell itself came back online straight away However the chime unit will not connect to the WiFi or power on. Sometimes when I plug it in the blue light flashes but other times it doesn’t do anything and I can’t make the green light flash to reconnect at all. I’ve tried everything I can think of and I’ve even deleted it and tried to set up as a new device. But nothingHelp??Is it dead
