Chime Pro 2 offline, no lights, burning smell

One of my chime pro 2 units has stopped working. There was a burning smell. Now no light or function. How do I replace under warranty?

    Hi @djmc. First, I would unplug this Chime from the wall immediately and leave it unplugged until you speak with our support team.
