Chime Pro 2 does not Connect to Wi Fi!

Brand new replacement sent to me after i changed to Verizon 5g home. The device does NOT connect to our wi fi and we cannot find a solution.

Ring has horrible customer service and from what I can see this has been an issue for years with this device and no resolution has been made.

Any suggestions on what to do? I cannot get my doorbell or flood light to connect to wifi without this. Extremely disappointed and will continue to write negative reviews on all platforms. How can you let this go on for so long???

Hi @user25520. I was able to find this Community post where another neighbor had a similar concern. There is a marked solution with steps to try and what to do if those steps do not work.

Same with me. And they are not even helpful with the issue
