Chime pro 1 gen problem

I have chime pro 1 gen and sound is low tryed new one low so i turned up volume all way same thing, 2 chime i tryed was a chime pro 1 gen also whats going on?

    Hi @Raymondjtoth. To adjust the volume on your Ring Chime Pro, open the menu in the Ring app > tap Devices > tap your Chime Pro > tap Audio Settings > tap Chime Tones and then adjust the volume slider. If the volume level doesn't appear to be saving, please try resetting your Chime Pro by holding down the reset button on the side for at least 20 seconds. Then set the Chime Pro back up in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device.
