Chime pro (1. gen) Christmas chime tones

The Christmas chime tones are available and play in the android app, but won’t play on the Ring Chime pro (1. gen).
Other chime tones are working as expected.
Tried to reset the chime and deleted / reconnected it, but the Christmas ring tones are still not playing on the chime.

Still no solution for this issue? It’s almost Christmas and we have the same boring tones.

There is another thread talking about this issue. It seems Ring cannot correct the problem right now but will after they reassign the engineers from the Blue Origin and Orbital Reef projects.
