Chime packed up, how to return?

Chime has stopped working. All options to reset holding button etc don’t work. Light has stopped showing at all. Yes I have power and yes I have tried other sockets. It’s totally dead. UK customer support number listed on website and app says it’s no longer connected. Any way I can get a swap?
