Hello my pro chime plug in has stopped working. I have done the troubleshooting and the light isn’t coming on at all.
Hi @Avnee. You can still try to go through the setup process even though the light is out. Just follow the prompts as if the light was still on. Sometimes, the light will go out and not come back on until the Chime has connected an done an update. This has resulted in longer than normal wait times.
I had the same problem too. After several months of use, it finally stopped working and no matter what I tried, following the setup process, resetting it, rebooting the router - all no joy. So we just stored it away for a few month, and then decided to plug the chime back in and again, following the set up and all that and suddenly Voila! It was working again!
