Chime offline because network name has changed

I have recently split our router into 2G and 5G so both are discoverable individually. I've successfully linked the ring door bell to the new 2G, thats working but the chime is offline searching for old name. Password is the same it's just the network 2G name that is different by three characters. How is this relinked?

    Hi @user42698. If your Chime is offline due to a network change, you'll need to reconnect it to WiFi. You can use this [Quick Fix Guide](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408533336468-Quick-Fix-Guide-) for information on how to do this.
