Chime not switching on

My ring chime no longer works. It doesn’t switch on when plugged to power outlet. I have tried all the trouble shooting, different power outlets, pressing the various buttons. The blue ring no longer lights up. Presumably the device is faulty? How can I get it replaced?

    How long have you had it. Mines disconnects sometime and I just reset it

      Hi @Aruchuna. A reset it a good troubleshooting step to try if you haven't done so already. You can reset the Ring Chime by holding down the reset button on the side for at least 20 seconds. Try setting the Ring Chime back up in the Ring App after the reset is done.
