How can I check if this is faulty or completely dead as it is out of warranty?
Hi @user24780. Try plugging your Ring Chime into a different outlet to ensure it is receiving power. Then hold down the reset button on the side for 15 seconds. If the Chime is still not responding, you can follow up with our support team at one of the numbers available here. Thank you for offering a solution but we tried that and it still didn’t work so I will call the UK number.
