Chime not connecting

Hello Ring community. I’m having issue with my ring chime. I’m following the setup process. It tells me to connect to the ring via Wi-Fi. It connects without Wi-Fi, which is supposedly normal. After that is says return to the ring app but nothing happens. The device never finish the setup process.

Hi @Weez4. Try resetting the Chime by holding down the reset button on the side for at least 15 seconds. Additionally, I’d recommend uninstalling the Ring App, restarting your phone to clear the cache, and reinstalling the Ring App. If those steps don’t do the trick, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here. They’ll be able to take a closer look at your device and help you get your Chime up and running.
