Chime not connecting to phone

Hi,I have a Chime Pro (2nd Gen) which is offline and I can't reconnect on either my iphone or my wife's android phone.I've entered the 5 digit pin codeThe light is flashing greenGoes through "preparing to setup stagejoin's the Ring wifiThen just get the 'Connecting to your Chime Pro' with a blue spinning circle and then nothing changes.It had worked previously, only 8 months old at most.Have tried the set up numerous times over the last 2 weeks without any change.Any advice would be much appreciated?
