I have a Chime Pro (2nd Gen) which is offline and I can’t reconnect on either my iphone or my wife’s android phone.
I’ve entered the 5 digit pin code
The light is flashing green
Goes through "preparing to setup stage
join’s the Ring wifi
Then just get the ‘Connecting to your Chime Pro’ with a blue spinning circle and then nothing changes.
It had worked previously, only 8 months old at most.
Have tried the set up numerous times over the last 2 weeks without any change.
Any advice would be much appreciated?
HI @userMikeJ. If you haven’t done so already, I would suggest resetting the Chime Pro by holding down the reset button on the side for about 15 seconds. After the reset is complete, attempt the setup process again in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device. We also have some setup troubleshooting steps here that may help.
