I recently changed my wifi, the ring doorbell connects no problem, however despite all my attempts when the app informs “Ring Wants to join Wi-Fi Network Ring Setup 4d”. When I select join it asks for the pin (which we wrote down) when I enter it I get invalid PIN code please try again.
Now I am a patient person but this is driving me mad
Hi @user80901. I would check the 5 digit pin that is on the device. This is located by the QR code. It is possible that you wrote done the wrong code, or got it mixed up with another device. The QR code is located on the back of the doorbell.
