The last few weeks my chime is going offline quite often and now it’s multiple times during the day. I have tried all the obvious fixes and nothing has changed with my WiFi which is working fine and hasn’t gone down. Do chimes have a shelf life?
Hi @rikimuk. How far away is your Chime from your wifi router? If possible, try moving the Chime closer to the router to see if that improves the signal stability. If that doesn’t work, try creating a guest network on your router to connect the Ring Chime to. Ensure the guest network is only utilizing the 2.4GHz network if your router is dual-band.
