My ring chime always goes offline everyday. Is there a fix for this? Or the device just faulty?
Hi @Wcp912! For a device that is falling offline daily, the best first step will be to relocate the Chime nearest your wifi router. This will ensure it is getting optimal signal. This will also change the outlet that is powering the Chime to ensure it is not power related, or being turned off by a light switch.
