Chime gen2 showing offline on app but solid blue light

I’m having a problem with my Ring Chime Gen 2 device.

Yesterday the device suddenly went offline. I tried to reconnect but it wasn’t working.

I reset the device, that didn’t help. Then I removed the device from my account and re-added it. I also restarted my home network.

Now the device is showing a solid blue light as if it’s online, and I can see it as an active and connected client on my home network. However it is still showing as Offline on the ring app.

Anyone got any ideas?

Since none of those steps resolved this, and the Chime is still not responsive and able to be set up, the next step would be to follow up with our support team. They can take a closer look and help determine the best resolution.
