The reset option doesn’t work either
Hi @jcricker. Have you tried to complete the setup process in the Ring app? Follow the steps under Set Up a Device for the Chime and attempt to complete the setup. Ensure the Chime is plugged into an outlet with sufficient power, and it is close enough to the wifi router. If you’re unable to set the Chime up, reset the Chime by holding down the reset button on the side (while the Chime is still plugged in) then try the setup again.
