Chime first generation

Hi, my chime first generation seems to have died. It has a buzzing noise and the light doesn’t come up.
I’ve tried it on a different plug and still the same issue.
Any thoughts?

Hi there, neighbor! A chime device showing no light should also not make any noise, depending on if you are attempting to play chime tones, and those are coming through distorted. Otherwise, it sounds like you’ve tried all the best steps, in which our support team will want to take a closer look.
