Looking for help. Chime suddenly not working; red light flashes to say wifi disconnected but cannot reconnect after 10a of attempts. Tried resetting router, resetting Ring app, removing and adding chime but no good. Ring app still working fine. Assuming new chime needed but hoping maybe other options exist?…Thanks!

    Hi @user42295. You can also factory reset your Ring Chime by pressing and holding the setup button for 20–25 seconds, and then try [reconnecting it to your wifi](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Ring-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network). I would also recommend having it temporarily placed near your router during setup. Lastly, try using a different phone or tablet to complete your setup.
