Chime drops connection

Anyone know how to keep the chime pro 2 connected? I can connect it to my wifi but by the time I connect a device it has disconnected. It flashes blue. I moved it next to the wifi for testing with no luck. Signal strength is 35. I have Fios gig connection. Any tips and tricks would be appreciated


@Carter78 Try the 2.4ghz wifi band. If that doesn’t work try the 5ghz band. 2.4 has longer range and tends to be best for ring devices but 5 has less interference. You may need to split the bands on your router.
