My chime does not work. I unplugged it, pressed the button for the time indicated and nothing happens. No lights turn on
I have the exact same problem, device is dead, cant contact support, nobody answers the phone, cant e-mail, cant write, cant chat.
Hi @user34348. Make sure to verify that the outlet your Ring Chime is plugged into is receiving power. After checking that, you can reset the Chime by holding down the reset button on the side for at least 20 seconds.
