chime do not turn on

Hi,

My chime do not turn on anymore. It just give short flash of blue light at the start and then nothing. Also there is no wifi. I have a second chime which is working ok so it looks like this one has a hardware issue.

Can you let me know how i can replaced as its still on warranty.

Also could you let me know how i can ring Irish number starting with 00800 ([00 800 87 00 97 81](tel:00 800 87 00 97 81)) as this number is not regonized in Ireland and this is only number which you have for my country.
