Hi. We’ve recently noticed that our Chime has stopped working. In trying to reconnect it’s just a cycle of flashing green, blue and red. Nothing has changed. Same router (with other devices still able to connect). Same password. We just have a chime that now constantly flashes red when not trying to set it up. We only have the one chime so we are also now missing callers. What the heck is going on with this stupid thing. The router, doorbell and chime are all within 2-3 metres of each other.
Hi @MeScubaSteve. Have you tried resetting the Chime yet? If not, I’d recommend giving this a try before attempting to set the Chime back up in the Ring App and reconnect it to your devices. To reset the Chime, you just need to hold down the reset button on the side for at least 20 seconds. Once that’s done, try walking through the setup process again in the Ring App. Let me know if that does the trick for you!
