I am trying to connect chime for the 1st time, it starts with blinking green light then blinking blue and then red light which fails to connect,any one can help?
Hi @Mustafaobaidi. Are you trying to connect the Chime in the same room as your router? If you aren’t, I would recommend giving that a try to ensure that there is no wifi interference preventing the Chime from completing its setup. Additionally, what part of the setup are you getting stuck on in the Ring App? Feel free to attach a screenshot to show which step it is stuck at. you may also want to try resetting the Chime by holding down the reset button on the side for 15 seconds before attempting to connect it again.
