Chime Account
I purchased an extra Ring chime from Lowes. When I tried to set it up and scanned the QR code, it said the chime was associated with someone elses account. How do we unlink that account or should I return it to the store? Thanks in advance

Definitely return it. It's not worth the huge hassle to remove a prior owner. It was most likely returned and they put it back out. That should never have happened. Make sure the new one is taped closed and not tampered with before you bring it home.
