Chime (2nd generation) not working

My 2nd generation chime has recently stopped working. I tried to reconnect it but when I press the button on the side, no light shows.

When plugged in there is no light on the front of the chime any more.

Hi @user66112. If your Chime is unresponsive, try the following steps:

  • Plug it into a different outlet to see if it makes a difference.

  • Factory reset it by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20–25 seconds.
