Chime 2nd Gen no green light on setup

Tried setting up chime but no green flashing light appearing. Did 5 second and 15 second button, different power point, but still nothing. Is there alternate method or do I have to return to shop?

Hi @Brizytrace. Resetting the Chime was a good call, as well as testing different outlets. Since it is not responsive after completing those troubleshooting steps, I'd suggest checking with the retailer you purchased from to see if they can provide an exchange or a return.
