Charging Stations Indicator Lights

I have the same problem as described here:

Someone really clever had the idea to close a topic after 30 days without answers and forbidding any further comment. So I had to create a new topic.
The side with the single static light isn’t charging at all.
Turning around USB-C isn’t working for me.

Hi @user75342. When the Quick Release Battery Pack is charging, you’ll see a green and orange LED on it. Once it’s fully charged, only the green LED will be lit. If you haven’t done so already, try charging the same battery pack in the other slot to see if it charges. Make sure the battery is not at XXXX% already. This will narrow down if the issue is the Charging Station slot, or the battery itself. From there, I’d recommend getting in touch with our support team to further assist with either the Charging Station or the battery.
