Charged during trial

Hi I was an existing Protect Plus member as I had a doorbell and a couple of cameras. Yesterday I installed my new alarm system and was converted to the protect 30 day trial. I was billed £8 today as I’m guessing this was too soon to be skipped however it says I will be charged £8 again on the 14th November.
