Charged £100 for a free phone call!

Worst service ever! Impossible to get through to and blind-sighted by call charges for a free phone.

Unable to get through to a service agent, and when you do you get billed £100 for a free phone call as it’s redirected to a US number.

If you guys understood the issue I wouldn’t have had to call for so long and wait for a resolution which took a week to deliver. Your calls shouldn’t be redirected without advising the customer first.

Biggest insult is you get offered an 8euro credit to your account as a gesture of goodwill - even if you don’t want to spend any money with them.

RING WAKE UP AND SMELL THE COFFEE - STOP SCAMMING YOUR CUSTOMERS. PROVIDE A BETTER SERVICE AND SORT PLEASE UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER RIGHTS.
