Change address: no devices in app but have pushes from them

I moved to a new address, changed it in the Ring app, and install devices into the new apartment. Now I can catch alerts from sensors as push notifications and emails, but I don’t see alerts in-app history and I cannot see devices in the device tab. When I tried to add the sensors again, I got a message that the device is already in use.
