How come when I click on Live it wont connect?

Hi there, @TSpiker! There are many variables that could be considered when it comes to being able to live view. As you were able to find the button and tap it, this confirms the device is setup on your Ring account. I recommend removing and reinstalling the Ring app to ensure it is up to date and optimally integrated with your mobile device, as well as disabling any vpn that might be active. Next, please check that your Ring device is online by confirming recent events in your event history.
