My ring app not able to connect to buy ring door bell. Is it down?
Hi @user65430. Ensure your Ring app is fully updated to the latest version available, and check that your Ring Doorbell is connected to wifi with a strong signal strength. You can learn more about checking the signal strength here. Your phone also needs a good connection via wifi or cellular data. If you’re receiving a specific error message when activating the Live View, please share a screenshot of what you’re seeing on your end.
