My wired spotlight cam is too high on an outside wall to reach the setup button. So I cant change it to my new wifi network. The old wifi network is no longer in use. How can I change it to the new network when the camera is now offline without access to the setup button.

Hi neighbors. To enter in a new wifi network and password, you’ll need to access the setup button to put your Ring camera into setup mode. Another option is to change the network name and password on your new wifi network to match the old network. Your Ring camera should then be able to automatically reconnect. If not, you will need to access your device physically. We have more information on the reconnection process here.
