Cannot purchase Subscription

I have been trying to purchase subscription for weeks now but for some reason I am unable to! I followed every step on the instructions but still cannot purchase. It is beyond FRUSTRATING! Why is it so difficult to buy Subscription?!!! It’s ridiculous!

Hi @shye51. Is there a specific error message you’re receiving? As long as you have a Ring device set up under your Ring account, you should be able to follow the steps outlined here to sign up for a Ring Protect plan. If you do not yet have a Ring device or you are a Shared User and not the owner of the Ring device, you will not be able to subscribe.
