Cannot make connection between the Ring Doorbell and the Echo Show 8

I have bought my Ring through Black Friday Sale in Amazon and wish to make an integration with my previously bought Echo Show 8 (1st Gen), I have tried every steps which the technical support provided, linking the devices and even created routine between Ring and Echo Show in the Alexa app but when I press the Ring, nothing shows on my Echo Show.

I am sure they are connected because it can show the Ring’s camera through the Echo Show, but it just cannot automatically view the Ring camera and have notification on Echo Show when I press the Ring.

Hi @user70159. We have information here on how to link your Ring and Alexa devices. Make sure your Ring and Amazon accounts are linked as well. After getting your Ring devices discovered in the Alexa app, you can turn on doorbell press and motion announcements by following the steps here.
