Cannot login to account. Can't access 2FA

Hi there.

I have had an account for a few years, and have now upgraded to a new phone, so I am trying to set up the Ring app on my new phone.

I typed in the account login details, but then it asks for the 2FA authenticator code, which I can’t give as my authenticator app hasn’t been set up on my new phone just yet. I tried to log in on my pc, but the same issue is happening, as I can’t log in without an authenticator code, which I am unable to provide. How do I fix this? I seem to be stuck between a rock and a hard place as I can’t provide a code to log in as I can’t get in to my account to access it.

Any help would be appreciated.
