Cannot contact Ring at all

Hi,
I cannot contact you regarding 2 cameras that have stopped working
The “chat” button just opens another window again & again (on iPhone and on a PC)
I phone and the menu options don’t accept the numbers I key in (again tried from 2 different devices) and eventually I am cut off
So, what now…
