Cannot connect chime to new wifi

i have changed wifi
i connected doorbell and two cameras to new wifi
i have tried to connect chime to new wifi by pressing button for 5 seconds to start a blue flashing. i could not get it to flash. so i then removed the chime device and tried to set it up new. when i scanned the mac id during the setup process the ring app thought i was connecting a door bell 2. hence i could not set up the chime again.
please help

Hi @user74487. The main concern is that your Chime is not entering setup mode. To troubleshoot it not going into setup mode, try plugging your Chime into a different outlet to see if it makes a difference. You can also try factory resetting it to see if it goes into setup mode. To factory reset it, press and hold the setup button on it while plugged in for 20–25 seconds.
