Tried calling call centre in UK for help. Cannot get past automated control. Since it asks me to press £ to submit. There is no £ on keypad, and it does not accept #.
I was calling about a critical update email from you. I was checking if it is a fake.
Hi @user33652. If you are using Android 8, you will need to update to at least Android 9. This message was sent out a while ago.
