Cannot add new light bulbs to existing bridge

I have a ring bridge and two a19 lightbulbs set up. The two lightbulbs appear in my app and work fine, and the app says the bridge is online. However; When I try to add a NEW a19 bulb, during setup it just says the bridge can’t be found. I’ve already tried resetting bridge, adding/removing bridge, and logging out/in. I’ve even tried resetting the bulb itself even though it appears to be a bridge issue. Any suggestions?
