I placed an order that was supposed to be delivered last Monday. Part of it arrived after three calls all I was told is that it show at being picked up at fullfillment center.
My fourth call on Thursday assurred me that they were placing new order it would be delivered by Saturday. It was not. I received an email with tracking info for FEDEX, the tracking number is invalid (yes i doubled checked the number entry).
I have been on hold now for over 1:07. I want to cancel my order.
