You can give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406#callus) for assistance with your concern. You can also cancel your Ring Protect Plan by logging into your account on Ring.com. Once logged in, toward the top of the page, you will see an option that says Protect Plan. Select it, and you will have the option to cancel your plan within that page.
