Can’t set up ring basement freeze/water monitor?

Hi! I purchased a ring basement freeze/water/flood monitor, however it’s not showing the option to add the device in the app. It’s a new product, so I’m wondering if it’s not updated yet? Thanks in advance

Hi @Tmarando. When you say you’re trying to add this in the app, are you adding it in the Ring App or the Alexa App? You can find setup instructions in the Ring App for the Flood and Freeze Sensor here, but it’s important to note that the Ring Alarm system is required for this to work.
