I have a doorbell and 2 light/ cameras. After changing the router, I connected one camera and the doorbell to the new network. The 2nd camera failed to connect. It connected to the temp “networ_79”, then after selecting my new network ID, it asked if I wanted to connect to network_79, then failed after I said yes. I tried several times, then closed and reopened the Ring app. Should I reboot? This seems like a logic error in the device.
Hi @user56831. This may be due to some settings on your phone. What type of phone are you using? You may need to turn off Smart Network Switch or WiFi Assist in your phone’s settings. You can also try setting up the device using a different phone or tablet.
