Can’t log in from another iphone

My wife can’t login to our account from her iphone. I have tried on her phone as well. What are we doinf wring

Hi @Gk1272. Is there a specific error message you’re encountering? Your wife should be able to log in as long as she’s using the correct email address and password associated with the Ring account. She will also likely need to enter the two-step verification code sent to the phone number on file since she’s logging in from a new device.
