I am trying to give a user control of two locks.(Yale Assure). On one it works fine then later shows no access but I can change it again. On the other I get the message “Sorry we couldn’t update the access code on your lock.” However, I can remotely lock and unlock the problem lock through the Ring app. Any ideas?

I reconfigured the device and that fixed it.
