Can’t connect Ring doorbell to WiFi

My ring doorbell is not connecting with my WIFI and I’ve checked everything. I bought the item over 2 months ago and got it working then the battery ran out and then couldn’t re connect. Now I cannot get it working with the WiFi. Could you help please.

Hi @user61940. I’d love to assist you with this. What is the specific issue you are having with connecting to WiFi? Are you getting a specific error? Are you able to put the device in setup mode? What is the RSSI for the device? Are you connecting to a Chime Pro network?
